C Commit to at least 5 sessions a week
Ø Own: Snorkel, Short Fins, Kick Board, Pull Buoy, Band, Hand Paddles, Stretch Band and be prepared to bring equipment every session and use it when told. Coach may introduce new equipment as and when.
Ø Complete a log book and bring along for coach to review monthly
Ø Serious desire and commitment for the sport of swimming
