[1] Attention all Blue / Red Squad Members: There will be Four Days Extra Training : Tuesday 10th August - Friday 13th August at 10:00-11:00am. The John Warner Sports Centre has a UKCC Level 1 Teaching Aquatics Course and they need five swimmers who would be able to come along from 10am-11am for four days from Tuesday 10th Aug - Fri 13th Aug.

[2] Attention : Blue, Red, Silver Squad Members: There will be Seven Weeks Extra Training : Sunday Mornings 9:30-10:30am - 12th September - 24th October 2010. The John Warner Sports Centre is running a UKCC Level 2 Teaching Aquatics Course for 7 weeks from 12th September - 24th October and needs at least 12 swimmers.
